Dispositions générales.

Les cotisations sont dues sans limite d'âge jusqu'à la cessation de l'activité professionnelle.

Lorsque l'activité professionnelle est poursuivie après la liquidation de la retraite, la cotisation de la classe B est exigible, sous réserve des dispositions de l'article 9 ci-dessous. Les cotisations versées après la liquidation de la retraite ne portent pas attribution de points de retraite.
